Re: Dorothy Gale v. Estate of the Wicked Witch of the East, et al.

Matter: Unlawful Aerial Ingress & Severe Structural Crushing

The Legal Brief:

Counsel must address substantial liability arising from a catastrophic meteorological conveyance (the “Cyclone”) terminating inside a residential dwelling upon private Munchkin territory.

While the plaintiff claims act of God, the defense will argue reckless navigation without an altimeter, immediate misappropriation of deceased chattel (the “Ruby Slippers”), and failure to file a flight plan with Emerald City aviation authorities.
